Gospel-centered parenting
My husband and I read this great little article on keeping the gospel the center of your parenting and discipline. I thought I would encourage you to read it and find the refreshing perspective so needed in our own hearts if we are to display the gospel as something to be desired to our children. Here's the link: http://www.eucatastrophe.com/blog/archives/2005/04/23/keeping-grace-in-place-by-tedd-tripp/ and also some GREAT dvd's on Sheperding your child's heart by Tedd Tripp (or you can just read the book), we found the best deal on buy.com : http://www.buy.com/prod/Shepherding_a_Childs_Heart_Video_DVD/q/loc/273/202711822.html. Another great book is Don't Make me count to three by Ginger Plowman. I pray these resources will bless you as much as they have us.

So glad to find you- look forward to reading about your journey. I'm thankful for this community the Lord has provided.
I'm glad you are having such a great experience with Gladney (I have heard nothing but good things about them!) We are so excited about our Ethiopian baby and pray the process goes quickly! I can't wait to see if you're going to have a boy or a girl! Congrats on the coming addition to your already sweet looking family!
After we were discussing adoption from Ethiopia on saturday I talked to Will again about it and he seems so different about us adopting from there instead of the west coast. Maybe we too will have a sweet baby from Ethiopia, we'll just have to wait and see. Great link!
