Boy or Girl?
Well, since talking last night Paul and I have decided to actually choose no gender preference. It is such a tough decision! Usually we just decide to find out but don't actually decided whether we are having a boy or a girl (when your pregnant) but how difficult it is to make a set decision on which gender. Though I think it's absolutely fine to choose we just felt like we should leave it undecided and see what happens. I kept reading about the requests being more for girls than boys and we wouldn't want a sweet little boy to be waiting because we were next to get our referral but only requested a girl. This way Gladney will give us the next healthy infant that's available and we can rest that God will place in our home and heart whoever he desires for us. It would be great to get to throw pink on the walls and go all out but we would adore another brother in this mix too! I guess you can enjoy the surprise just as much as we will!! Pray for our little one when you think of him or her. It feels similar to when we were pregnant with Job (our oldest, hes 3) and we never found out the gender, it was a blast. Then with Phin (1) we found out and that was great too because we could plan for things so we will just have to wait to decorate our nursery! We will keep you posted on the progress toward getting this sweet little one.
